39. Wheel feature is not available for these countries due to multi-account bonus abuse from April 1st 2026: India, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Romania, Senegal, Hungary and Tunisia.
40. Promotion-focused wagering: Players whose activity shows a consistent pattern of depositing primarily to claim promotional offers, and whose wagering remains limited to that deposit and the resulting winnings, may have their access to promotions restricted, their active bonuses deactivated, and their loyalty points removed. The initial deposit is preserved. This restriction is not permanent and may be reviewed on request after a sustained period of regular, mixed play.
41. Bonus abuse: Players found to be using a bonus for the sole purpose of extracting value rather than genuine play — including low-odds sports betting, arbitrage or opposite-result betting, minimal-multiplier mini-game cashouts, or covering both sides of a near-symmetric live casino outcome — may have their active bonus and any bonus-derived winnings cancelled, may be required to re-wager their initial deposit before any further withdrawal, and may lose eligibility for future promotions. A confirmed bonus-abuse decision is final.
42. Cross-brand application: Sanctions applied under the preceding two clauses may be extended to your accounts on partner brands operating under the same license. Where the same player is identified across multiple brands, the same sanction will be applied across all affected accounts.
43. Our Freespin bonuses from the shop have a maximum release of €250.
